To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
We are closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Same Day Delivery
If you order before 12:00 pm, we can usually deliver the flowers the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be delivered the following business day. Please call us if it is after the cutoff time and you need same day service. Sometimes we can squeeze in another delivery.
Recipient will be contacted
We call all recipients to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery. We are doing no-contact deliveries for everyones safety. As soon as we reach the recipient we set up a delivery time. If we cannot make contact, we will call you for further instructions.
We will happily deliver at specific times, please check the appropriate box (an additional fee applies) and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will contact you if your delivery cannot be made within your specified time frame.
Normal delivery times are 11am-3pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we offer extended hours and delivery times. We cannot accept timed deliveries on Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.
These orders are our very highest priority. Due to the importance of delivering orders for funerals at specific times, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value if the flowers you requested are not available and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided.
We contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know, so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. Due to changing weather, animals and acts of nature, we discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and sometimes cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already en route or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
