This business is beautiful and decorated very nice. The employees that work there are very nice and helpful. I just love this store. The flowers and plants are reasonably priced and healthy.

The florist is quite unfriendly and unhelpful when trying to choose. Felt like we were bothering her the whole time even though she was the one who asked if she could help us. However the rest of the store and staff are lovely. Love the selection of locally made items you can buy there. Great place to buy little gifts :)

I called to order flowers over the phone for Father’s Day, and the woman gave me some options and asked me to call back. I went online and decided to order from there, in effort to make it easier for them. When I went online to order, it said my card was declined. I tried to pay again, it wouldn’t let me. When I went to look at my online banking app, it charged me, TWICE, for my order. When I called the shop back to tell them what had occurred, they stated “we’ve gone all the way to the back of our system, and you have no order” she also stated “we don’t have your funds, they hold them for a couple days, and it’s a problem with your bank. I got off the phone with her, called my bank, and my bank was able to release the funds since I had called as fast as I did. The owner of the flower shop calls me back to claim “you ordered from another website” after checking and verifying the website, she stated “ this happens sometimes, we need you to come in and call your bank company together, and we close in an hour” I explained to the woman, it was the day before Father’s Day, I didn’t have time to come in and sit with her about scamming my card through her website. She went on to tell me it wasn’t her fault, that I didn’t understand, I ended with “I’ll make a police report” she then asked me to “calm down” I gave her the number to call my bank, with any questions, she called, complained about my frustration, and asked my bank to relay a message stating “please tell him not to have anymore contact” I was able to have a gentleman from Ambati Florist in Kalamazoo met me down the street from this florist, and was able to make a beautiful arrangement, for a better price! Definitely suggest going to a different florist, and saving your time, energy, and frustration. I do hope the owner is able to figure things out! They do have a beautiful website, and flowers! Lack of customer service

My Grandma had passed away and the funeral/viewing was scheduled on a Monday afternoon. Friday I hurried to Taylor’s to find flowers for her service. They were running low on the flowers that I wanted but the associate helping me said she would do what she could. I trust her, every bouquet she has made me in the past have all been beautiful. They were able to make a beautiful casket arrangement, two small arrangements and two planters with fresh flowers and have them delivered before her service. She did an amazing job, she listened to what I was looking for and made it happen in a short period of time. When I realized we needed flowers Taylor’s was the first place I thought of, because I knew they would be able to work with me. The best place! Thank you again for the beautiful service arrangements!

Ordered my sons date a corsage. The most beautiful corsage! I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of work & creativity! He was nervous about getting the “right” flowers and h his eyes lit up when he saw it! Thank you so much!

We came in looking at pictures of flowers for my grandmother's funeral, and the florist did an incredible job putting together almost everything we wanted. She laid out an impressive collection of flowers for us to choose from, and it was so easy to choose what we wanted. Would highly recommend and definitely use their services again! The store is also super cute, and the gifts reasonably priced!

Susan did an absolutely amazing job on the florals for my recent wedding! I told her I wanted a large, whimsical bouquet and boy did she deliver! I ordered flowers for my daughter who had lost both of her white cats within one week of each other. I called at one and she had them by 4 same day. I ordered 10 white roses and 2 pink ones and The ladies there added a paw print bow. I only told them the story and they went above and beyond to make it beautiful and special. Called from out of State and put my trust in Taylor’s Florists hands. Funeral Flowers for a sweet relative’s Mom. Taylors came through BIG TIME!!! The arrangement brought beauty and comfort to the funeral. So many family members remarked about how lovely it was. And it touched my sister-in- law‘s heart. Taylors has earned my trust AND my five star rating.

Shopped here for years. Stopped one day to get a replacement card for a funeral arrangment that i was taking with me to funeral home . (was out of town)It was very windy that day and the first florist card i had blew off somewhere. They refused to sell me one because I didnt buy the arrangement there. Haven't been back since. Very rude customer service. Has been going down hill last few years. (inreponse to theirs, the little generic cards do not contain their company name)

I had called ahead and described what I wanted to give as a gift, and the staff actually had a few options for me to choose from when I arrived. I don’t have much of an eye for this type of stuff and it was so nice.

The best place for flowers! My Mom passed away this year and I ordered her Memorial service flowers from Taylor's--BEAUTIFUL!!! The store has so many beautiful things, I have always found something! The staff is exceptionally nice, definitely worth a visit!

Taylor's is near and dear to my heart. They provided floral pieces and tuxedo rentals for all of my high school proms. 7 years after my first prom with my then girlfriend, they provided floral arrangements for our wedding this fall! I have had nothing short of a great experience. The staff is professional, attentive, and extremely kind.

I have been going into Taylor’s for years! Anywhere from decoration shopping, to floral arrangement for gifts and proms to even my own wedding bouquet and boutonniere for my husband! They listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding and did just that. My bouquet was made from artificial flowers so I will get to cherish it for the rest of my life! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Taylor’s for anything from a cute little shop to stop at while in PawPaw all the way to doing your floral arrangements for the biggest and happiest day of your life.
